The Unknown Professor      05/19/08 at 07:01 PM Reply with quote #4 There is no PhD Program in "Hedge funds" per se.  But there are a number of academics who have published quite a bit in the area.  So, doing a PhD at one of their schools would allow you to work in that area.  Some of the people to look at include (this is by no means an exhaustive list - just those that come to mind quickly) Andrew Lo at MIT Steven Brown and Bill Goetzmann at Yale Mila Gemansky and Bing Liang at UMass Narayanan Naik at LBS VIkas Aggarwal at Georgia State David Hseh - Duke Hope this helps The Unknown Professor http://financialrounds.blogspot.com Loading... john      05/20/08 at 12:53 PM Reply with quote #5 It really depends on your goal in the future.
